There are some fediverse communities that have a weekly scheduled question and answer time, where someone poses a set of questions with themed hashtags and everyone answers also with hashtags. The ones I know of are BikeNite and Maker's Hour and it's done a lot to make those communities more active. I wonder if that would work for ttrpgs.
